By Car
From the city centre take the M8 out to the East of the city towards Paisley, turning off at Junction 28, it's about a 20 minute drive. From Edinburgh take the M8 through Glasgow to Junction 28, and from the South take the M6 North from Birmingham, then take the M74 into Glasgow to Junction 4, then turn onto the M8 towards the east. Short and long term parking is available. Car hire is available from the airport.
By Train
The nearest train station to Glasgow Airport is Paisley Gilmour Street. Trains run to Paisley Gilmour Street from Glasgow Central Station regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Glasgow Central Station is on the main UK rail network, and frequent trains run to Glasgow from the rest of the UK.
By Bus
Citylink runs the number 905 and number 901 buses between the front of the main terminal building and the centre of town, and the main train stations in Glasgow. A bus also runs from the airport to Paisley Gilmour Street station. National Express run coaches to and from the airport terminal from the rest of the UK.
